- 2 jalapeno peppers
- juice of 1 lime
- zest of 1/2 lime
- 10 oz. mango, chopped finely
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons boiling water
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
